Casino-Mate

Casino-Mate is an online casino owned and operated by the same guys behind House of Jack. Casino-Mate is a relatively old one and predominantly a Microgaming casino.

Same as with House of Jack, Casino-Mate offers over 600 games online and aims to give players the ultimate online gaming experience. In order to increase player retention, Casino mate wanted to innovate on their bonus offering to their players using techniques such as as frequent player points. It is for the latter that they approached Incredible Web.

Frequent Player Points are often used by online poker game as loyalty points. This project took off with the goal of having players earn points depending on defined actions and the specific returns on these actions. When the player collects enough points, and the level is reached, the player is rewarded with a bonus that may be redeemed instantly. A number of actions and player behavioral patterns were analyzed including wagering, deposits, number of deposits, number of depositing days, number of active days and bonus events include no-deposit bonus, no-deposit free spins, cash. These patterns were then segmented and deciphered so as to create a gamification tool designed to reward the player's activity on the platform.

Incredible Web developed this project with 15 levels of high-value trigger points and built a progress bar including a boost button, a gauge that keeps track of the player progress for that level, a section to display the level the player is, an information button and a notification button when there is a bonus available.

Incredible Web was also commissioned by Casino-Mate to migrate their payment gateway integrations as well as to migrate their solution from a legacy platform to an API based platform.
